I am a licensed professional massage therapist who works strictly within clear clinical and ethical boundaries. My sessions are structured, client led, and focused on therapeutic outcomes such as muscle relief, relaxation, and recovery. Comfort and consent guide every step of the session.
My background includes Swedish and deep tissue full body work, with special attention to back, neck, shoulders, and legs. I also work with clients who want a single session to address acute tension or stress.
